Kista epidermal yang awalnya dicurigai neurofibroma tipe-1 yang dilakukan tindakan bedah eksisi

Abstract

Abstract

Epidermal cysts are the most common type of benign skin cancer in patients. Cysts are thin, round-walled lumps that form from the sweat glands (sebaceous) and occur due to blockages in the mouth of the gland. These cysts are also known as atheroma cysts, epidermal cysts, epidermal inclusion cysts and sebaceous cysts. Cysts can be categorized according to anatomic location, embryological derivation, and from histopathological features, more often in dark-skinned people, can occur at all ages but more in the third and fourth decades. The pathogenesis of epidermal cysts is much associated with rupture of the pilosebaseous follicle associated with acne. Its main surgical action in the field of dermatology has developed quite rapidly. In this case report reported cases of epidermal cysts on the neck of a man aged 34 years. The diagnosis is based on history, physical examination and histopathology. Patients in this case report performed surgical elips excision, showed good results
