Nevus unius lateris yang dilakukan tindakan bedah listrik

Abstract

Nevus unius lateris (NUL) is a variant of epidermal nevi in which keratinocytes, the predominant cell, has verrucous morphology and mainly affect epidermis. Nevus unius lateris is characterized with unilateral lesions following Blaschko lines. We report a case of NUL on 14 years old boy. The diagnosis of patient was based on the anamnesis, physical examination, dermoscopy, and histopathology examination. We perform electrosurgery on the patient and it shows good results. This modality of therapy was chosen because it is simple, well tolerated by patients, good cosmetic results, and the cost is affordable for patients.
