Faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan perubahan skor nyeri paska intervensi endovaskuler pada penderita peripheral arterial disease rutherford 2-4 di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar periode Januari 2014 – Desember 2017

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Nyeri paska intervensi endovaskuler pada peripheral arterial disease (PAD) banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor risiko dan komorbiditas pasien.

Metode: Studi ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan metode retrolective observational terhadap 32 pasien PAD Rutherford 2 sampai 4 yang menjalani intervensi endovaskuler di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar sejak kurun waktu terhitung Januari 2014 sampai Desember 2017. Pada penelitian ini akan diidentifikasi factor risiko seperti Faktor diabetes melitus, hipertensi, umur, jenis kelamin, hiperlipidemia, dan penyakit ginjal kronik pada seluruh subyek, parameter primer adalah skor nyeri paska intervensi yang dinilai dengan visual analoque scale (VAS) data akan ditabulasi dan diproses dengan SPSS 19.0 dievaluasi terhadap semua pasien PAD yang menjalani intervensi endovaskuler, analisi data menggunakan

Hasil: Mayoritas pasien mengalami penurunan skor nyeri yang bermakna secara signifikan setelah prosedur endovaskuler ( skor 4 sampai 7 81,2% vs skor <4 84,4%; p<0,001). Hanya tidak adanya riwayat DM yang mempengaruhi penurunan skor nyeri paska endovaskuler (p=0,015)

Simpulan: Dari seluruh faktor risiko, hanya diabetes mellitus yang mempengaruhi perubahan skor nyeri paska tindakan endovaskuler pada pasien PAD Rutherford 2 sampai 4
