Background: Hypermobility of joints is a group of disorders in joint tissue. Where joint movements increase the movement more than normal, usually seen in children than adolescence. Several studies shown prevalence of  joint hypermobility between girls and boys is about 3: 1. This diagnosis is based on a score called Beighton score. Method:This study  is an analytic with cross sectional design. Sample of this study is elementary school children in Tabanan city class 3-5 which is accept to examination.  Result: The results of the study based on the distribution of most age is 10-11 years is 191 (76.1%). The results of the study by gender is more girl 135 (53.6%) and boys 116 (46.4%).results of most IMT is ideal 109  (43.4%). Conclusion: this sutudy, there is relationship between age and hypermobility (P value = 0,038 <alpha) with PR value = 0,197. There was a significant relationship between sex and hypermobility (P = 0,000 <alpha) with PR = 0.314. And there is no relationship between BMI and hypermobility (P = 0.156 <alpha) with PR = 0.189.
